1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NaukriPilot (the "Service"), operated by WebNexaLabs ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NaukriPilot provides automated resume management technology designed to keep candidate profiles fresh on Naukri.com. The Service automatically re-uploads candidate resume files at scheduled intervals (typically daily at 9:00 AM IST) based on credentials and preferences provided by the user.

NaukriPilot is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Naukri.com or Info Edge (India) Ltd.

3. Account Registration & Credential Responsibilities

To use NaukriPilot, you must register an account and provide accurate target platform details:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal authorization to enter into contracts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account email and Naukri login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities executed under your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to automate updates for unauthorized third-party accounts or bulk recruitment databases.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying application infrastructure.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal document content.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing Terms

NaukriPilot offers flexible subscription plans (e.g. Test Drive ₹99/week, Pro Monthly ₹399/month, Annual ₹3999/year). Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Price changes, if any, will be communicated in advance via email.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your dashboard:

• Upon cancellation, automated daily updates will stop at the conclusion of your active billing period.
• You retain full dashboard access until the paid cycle expires.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, code, website design, and logos are the property of WebNexaLabs. Your uploaded resume files remain your sole intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaukriPilot and WebNexaLabs shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from third-party platform algorithm changes, temporary service interruptions, or missed recruiter communications.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
