This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, encrypt, and store information when you use our daily automated resume updating service.

By using NaukriPilot, you consent to the data practices described in this policy, structured in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Reasonable Security Practices (SPDI Rules).

2. Information We Collect

To provide our automated profile updating service, we collect the following categories of data:

• Account Credentials: Email address and password hash created for your NaukriPilot account.
• Target Platform Details: Your Naukri.com login email, encrypted Naukri password, and unique Naukri Profile ID required for automated browser sessions.
• Resume Content: PDF or DOCX resume files you upload to our secure cloud storage for automatic re-uploading to Naukri.com.
• Payment & Subscription Records: Order reference IDs, plan type, billing status, and transaction timestamps provided by our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). We never store bank account or credit card numbers on our servers.
• Execution & Audit Logs: Timestamps, automated run success/error responses, and IP addresses logged during automated 9 AM executions.

3. Security & Encryption Architecture

Security is the foundation of NaukriPilot. We employ bank-level encryption standards across all database and storage layers:

• Encryption In-Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is secured using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• Encryption At-Rest: Stored credentials are encrypted with unique server-side keys managed separately from the application database.
• Headless Browser Isolation: Automated sessions run in isolated sandboxed containers that purge session cache immediately upon logout.

4. How Your Information is Used

We strictly limit the use of your data to core operational services:

• To execute automated daily profile updates on Naukri.com at 9:00 AM IST.
• To send you transactional notifications, including daily execution logs, payment confirmations, and account security alerts.
• To display execution run history and profile metrics within your private dashboard.
• To prevent fraudulent activity and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Policy

We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers required to deliver the service:

• Payment Processors: Payment transactions are handled securely by Cashfree Payments India.
• Email Delivery Services: Transactional logs and alerts are routed through encrypted email API providers.

6. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion

We retain your encrypted data only for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account:

• Stored Naukri credentials are permanently purged from database records immediately.
• Uploaded resume files are deleted from storage buckets within 48 hours.

7. Your Rights & Privacy Controls

You maintain complete control over your data directly within the dashboard:

• Access & Update: Change your stored Naukri details or update your resume file anytime.
• Pause / Stop Service: Pause daily automated updates with a single click in your topbar controls.
• Right to Erasure: Contact support to request complete removal of all personal records.
